After the revolution in national assembly was formed which was responsible for making laws.

The non wealthy section of the society had no dealing with it. Right to vote was given only to those men who paid taxes equal to at least three days of a labour's wage.

Also men who belong to the group of highest tax payer where eligible to be an elector and then as a member of the assembly.

Thus , it was true that law making was going to be influenced by the wealth.
