SOLUTION :

q -  \frac{q + 1}{3}  =  \frac{q - 1}{5}  + q \\  \\  =  >  \frac{3q - q + 1}{3}  =  \frac{q - 1 + 5q}{5}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{2q + 1}{3}  =  \frac{6q - 1}{5}  \\  \\  =  > 10q + 5 = 18q - 3 \\  \\  =  > 8 = 8q \\  \\  =  > q = 1
