3)The Theravada Buddhism focuses on the original teachings of Buddha. It is all about one's own enlightenment. The main goal is to practice the Noble Eightfold Path and realise Nirvana (Cessation of ignorance, craving and self) through direct experience, thus breaking the cycle of birth and rebirth.
