santanurath: the answer should be 0
santanurath: please follow
pou1163017: ok but can you show me the method?
santanurath: see a is the displacement in x axis but here it is given x=a similarly b is the point of displacement in y axis but y is also equal to b therefore angle forms 0
santanurath: but I request you to ask this answer to ur teacher too
pou1163017: but in the book the answers is 90°
santanurath: ya u r correct because x and y is perpendicular to each other
santanurath: sorry I didn't think of that
pou1163017: yes a is perpendicular to x and b is perpendicular to y so the ans is 90°

B)90°

'x=a' will be parallel to y-axis.

'y=b' will be parallel to x-axis.

And they are perpendicular to each other. Therefore, angle between these two lines will be 90°.

HOPE IT HELPS!!
