Q is the centre of the circle and PM and PN are tangents to the circle.If angleMPN=40°,find angleMQN

It' will be 140 degree .
Because there is a quadrilateral forming. So, by using cyclic quadrilateral theorem we will find it.

Q is the center.
PM and PN are tangents.
MPN=40.
MPN + MQN=180
MQN=180 - 40
MQN = 140.
