Solution:-

We know that,
Momentum of bullet=Momentum of gun

Let the Recoil velocity or Acceleration of gun be v

So,
=>Mass of bullet×Velocity=Mass of gun ×Recoil velocity.
=>
$= > 0.03kg \times 100 = 3kg \times v \\ = > 3 = 3v \\ = > v = 1m \: per \: sec$
Now,
Force axerted by recoil of gun is:-
$= > f = m2 (\frac{v2 - u2}{t} ) \\ = > f = 3( \frac{1 - 0}{0.003} ) \\ = > f = 1000n$
