ok power of lens means how much it can refract a light ray .
ok the lens will be concave .
as we know
v=image distance
u=object distance
f=focal length
(1/v-1/u)=1/f
-1/1+1/3=1/f
-2/3=1/f
so as we know
Power of a lens =1/f
=-3/2
