in a cyclic quadrilateral opp angles give sum of 180°
then 10x+7°=63°

Heya,
As, in the figure we can see that ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral.
Therefore,
Angle A + Angle C = 180°
Angle A = 63°
Angle C = 10x + 7°
So,
10x + 7° + 63° = 180°
10x = 180° - 70°
10x = 110°
x = 11°. ..... Answer
