a.The conditions are that,the bird is in the cage which is in on distant hill.No one can hear.That means the bird is solitary.
b.The poet depicts free bird because the bird which is in cage is not free and it cannot do anything ..or we can think that the bird has some boundaries cross.
c.The bird is not un fittest as the bird is in the cage the cage is not the fittest par lace to live for the birds.
