1. Thallophyta is the division among plants that have simplest organisms. It is because they do not have a differentiated plant body.

(i) Pteridophytes are the seedless plants.

(ii) They require an external source of water for fertilization.

(iii) Gametophytes are independent.

(iv) Reproductive organs of pteridophytes are inconspicuous.

Phanerogam:-

(i) Phanerogams are seed bearing plants.

(ii) They do not require an external source of water for fertilization.

(iii) Gametophytes are dependent on sporophyte.

(iv) Reproductive organs of phanerogams are quite conspicuous.

(i) Sporophylls aggregate to form cones.

(ii) The ovary of gymnosperms do not contain ovules.

(ii) Ovules in an angiosperm is enclosed within an ovary.

(iii) Endosperms are triploid.

(iv) Their seed are enclosed within a fruit wall.

1.Thallophyta has the division among plant has the simplest organisms.the thallophyta entries as their body design is simple,they don't posses a body design.the division includes bacteria,algae,fungi ,luncheons.
