(A) In a cubic polynomial number of zeros = 3
because degree of the polynomial = 3.
(B) 2x + cy = 8
For x = y
2x + cy = 8 ⇒ 2x + cx = 8
⇒ cx = 8 – 2x
c = (8 - 2x)/x
Thus, for every value of x, we have a corresponding value of c.
