Answer:

4 brothers and 3 sisters

4 and 6 rupees respectively

Step-by-step explanation:

(1)

let's assume family has x brothers and y sisters.

according to boy he has as many sisters as brothers so

x - 1 = y (1)

and according to girl she has twice as many brothers as sisters, so

x = 2*(y -1) (2)

putting value of y from equation (1) into equation (2)

x = 2*(x - 1 - 1)

x = 2x - 4

2x - x = 4

x = 4 brothers

putting value of x in equation (1)

y = 4 -1 = 3 sisters

(2)

First has 2 loaves and second has 3 loaves.

So, Total amount of loaves = 5

First guy share = 2/5

Second guy share = 3/5

Third guy share 10 rupees.

Amount first guy will get = 2*10/5 = 4 rupees

Amount second guy will get = 3*10/5 = 6 rupees
