Certain force acting on a 20 kg mass changes its velocity from 5 m s to 2 m s. Calculate the work done by the force.

Answer:

work done = change in its kinetic energy

w.e = 1/2 mv²

w.e = 1/2 × 20 × (5-2) here v = (final velocity- initial velocity)

w.e = 1/2 × 20 × 3

w.e = 30 joule
