Answer:
See, here just what you have to do is draw diagonals i.e. join AC and BD.
We know that the inequalities works only in triangles that's why we have drawn the diagonals.
Now its very simple.
Theorem: Angles opposite to the longer side is larger.
In the question it is given CD is the largest side.
Therefore in ∆BCD,
angle CBD will be the greatest angle.
And in ∆ABD,
angle BDA is the smallest angle..
Now observe carefully; as in ∆ABD AB is the smallest side therefore AD is longer than AB. So the angle opposite to it will be larger i.e. angle DBA.
And in ∆BCD, as CD is the largest side, BC will be shorter than CD. Therefore the angle opposite to it will also be smaller i.e angle BDC.
Now add the larger angle i.e angle CBD+angle DBA = Angle B
And add the smaller angle i.e. angle BDA + angle BDC= Angle D
Hence it is proved Angle B > Angle D.
Applying the same concept you can prove Angle A> Angle C.
Hope it helps you.
