In bottle Y , after removing the tape rate of water flow will be same from each hole , this is because the pressure at same horizontal level inside of the bottle would be same

In bottle X , after removing the tape the rate of flow of water will more through the hole which is relatively lower , this is because of increase of pressure due to an increase in depth of water inside of the bottle

I have proved my statement by calculating the rate of flow of water for a depth in the attachment
