b)Bleaching powder is prepared by passing gas state of chlorine over dry slaked lime, this process will gives bleaching powder. Bleaching powder is prepared on a large scale by passing the chlorine gas through a solution that contains calcium hydroxide.

c)In order to get rid of water the raw-product is passed through a drying agent that is concentrated sulfuric acid. In the end you will get pure chlorine gas.
