Area of road1=(35*2.5)m^2=87.5m^2

Area of road2=(20*2.5)m^2=50m^2

Area of both the roads=(area of road 1+ road 2)-common area

=(87.5+50)-(2.5*2.5)

=137.5-6.25

=130.25 m^2

Therefore cost of construction=₹(130.25*100)

=₹13025
