To find this we have to do a construction that is draw a line segment from P to O.
and PO is radius of circle also.
So, as we know the radius drawn to the tangent make right angle at the point of contact.
So, PO is perpendicular to AB
as we know that the maximum distance between two line segment is perpendicular if the line segment are parllel.
So, AB||QS
angle APQ=anglePQS
coz,they are alternate interior angle.
so,angleAPQ=30°
