b. Displacement = 2R = 2x14 = 28m      [equal to diameter]

c.  Speed of car in first 30 km = 40 km/h = v_{1}

    Time taken to cover = \frac{Distance}{Speed} = \frac{30}{40} = \frac{3}{4} h

    Speed of car in next 30 km = 20 km/h = v_{2}

     Time taken to cover = \frac{Distance}{Speed}  = \frac{30}{20}  = \frac{3}{2} h

    Average Speed = \frac{Total Distance}{Total Time} = \frac{30+30}{\frac{3}{4} +\frac{3}{2} } =  \frac{80}{3} km/h = 26.6 km/h
