In the given figures i.e., Tri.PAB and Tri. QAB

AP=AQ (GIVEN)

BP=BQ (GIVEN)

AB=AB (COMMON)

Therefore, Tri. PAB is congruent to Tri. QAB by S.S.S congruence condition

Angle PAB = Angle QAB (CPCT)

Angle PBA = Angle QBA (CPCT)

So, AB bisects Angle PAQ and Angle PBD since it divides it into two equal parts
