Answer:

p(t)=6t^3+3t^2+3t+18

To prove---p(t) is a multiple of (2t+3)

                                or

                   (2t+3) is a factor of p(t)

Proof----------p(-3/2)=6*(-27/8)+3(9/4)+3(-3/2)+18

                               =-81/4+27/4-18/4+72/4

                               =-81+27-18+72/4

                               =0

                     As p(-3/2)=0, t+3/2 is a factor of p(t)

                     or (2t+3) is a factor of p(t)--------------(proved)
