Answer:
p(t)=6t^3+3t^2+3t+18
To prove---p(t) is a multiple of (2t+3)
or
(2t+3) is a factor of p(t)
Proof----------p(-3/2)=6*(-27/8)+3(9/4)+3(-3/2)+18
=-81/4+27/4-18/4+72/4
=-81+27-18+72/4
=0
As p(-3/2)=0, t+3/2 is a factor of p(t)
or (2t+3) is a factor of p(t)--------------(proved)
