In my personal opinion I agree with the above statement. As parents also have some eight to choose for there kids. At the small age children Don't know what will be the consequence of we made a bad friend but,the parents already know that. But if parents always interfare then it's not the kid's guilt. But it's better if parents choose the right friend for their children.
