See to solve this keep one thing in mind total distance travelled/ total time taken

Here

60*0.52 = 31.2

30*0.24 = 7.2

70*0.71 = 49.7

Total distance 88.1 total time would be 1.47 hours and the ratio will give as 59.93 kmph as the speed

We know that :

Speed = \frac{Distance}{Time}

⇒ Distance = Speed × Time

⇒ Distance Traveled by the Train in 0.52 hr = Speed of the Train during that 0.52 hr × 0.52 hr

⇒ Distance Traveled by the Train in 0.52 hr = 60 × 0.52 = 31.2 km

⇒ Distance Traveled by the Train in next 0.24 hr = Speed of the Train during that 0.24 hr × 0.24 hr

⇒ Distance Traveled by the Train in next 0.24 hr = 30 × 0.24 = 7.2 km

⇒ Distance Traveled by the Train in next 0.71 hr = Speed of the Train during that 0.71 hr × 0.71 hr

⇒ Distance Traveled by the Train in next 0.71 hr = 70 × 0.71 = 49.7 km

We know that Average Speed is the Ratio of Total Distance Traveled to that of Total time taken.

Total Distance Travelled by the Train = 31.2 + 7.2 + 49.7 = 88.1 km

Total Time Taken by the Train = 0.52 + 0.71 + 0.24 = 1.47 hr

Average Speed of Train = 88.1/1.47 = 60 km per hour (approx)
