so in this question X equals to 180 - 80 because they are linear pair 180 - 80 will give 100 so x is 100.

if x is 100 then the vertically opposite angle would also be 100.as the angle sum property says sum of the angles measure 180.

So here 100 + 50 is 150 and so the y will be 180 - 150 that is 30

as the alternate interior angles are equal z and Y are equal so z =30
