[3(3+x)+6(1+x)]/2x=3/2
or 9+3x+6+6x=3x
or 15+9x=3x
or 9x-3x=-15
or 6x=-15
or x=-5/2

Given :  \frac{3(3 + x) + 6(1 + x)}{2x} =  \frac{3}{2}

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{9 + 3x + 6 + 6x}{2x} =  \frac{3}{2}

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{9x + 15}{2x} =  \frac{3}{2}

= \ \textgreater \  2(9x + 15) = 3(2x)

= > 18x + 30 = 6x

= > 18x - 6x = -30

= > 12x = -30

= > x = -30/12

= > x = -5/2.

Hope this helps!
