Question :-

Express in p/q form

(1) 0.12(bar on 2)

(2)0.1234(bar on 34)

solution :-

(1) 0.12(bar on 2). ..

let

y= 0.12(bar on 2).....(1)

multiple by 10 in (1) both side

10y = 1.2(bar on 2). ....(2)

again multiple by 10 in (2)

100y = 12.2(bar on 2). .....(3)

subtract (3)-(2)

we get

90y = 11

y = 11/90

and question number (2) u can also solve this way
