resistance of resistor A,B,C each =2 ohms

maximum power = 18 watts

so the maximum current that can flow through the resistor A is,

P=I²R

18=I²X2

18/2=I²

9=I²

I=√9

I=3A

And also the resistor B AND C are connected in parallel then the current is divided among them .

so the maximum current that can flow through resistors Band C is

1/2 of the resistence in A

1/2x3

3/2

1.5A
