I just wanted to confirm the details for Casey's surprise party coming up this week. So I've told her that I have a meeting to attend before we go out for dinner for her birthday at the country club. I actually think that she bought is because she said she'd come along. So what we will need to do is have the guess assemble in main conference room. I would like for you to please help to maintain the noise level. The main conference room should be set up with purple orchards and purple boxes filled with skittles for each guest on each table. The seating arrangements will not be assigned so no need to worry about that. We need to make sure that they are round tables with white table clothes and purple crystals laid all over the clothes. There should also be floating candles in the center piece along with battery operated candles. Also, it needs to be confirmed that the tables are all arranged in a horseshoe pattern to leave room for dancing. By booking the party at this club house we didn't have a choice in selecting an outside catering service. The club house will be providing an amazing meal buffet style. We decided to select the pasta buffet station, salad station, fruit, raw veggies, and s'mores with a variety of chocolates. We included party size drumettes, chicken and tuna salad finger sandwiches, with tea, lemonade, and water. Due to the event being held at the clubhouse we were told that alcoholic beverages will not be permitted. They do allow champagne for toasting so I've ordered this as well. We all know that Casey loves all types of music so we've hired a DJ who is the best in town and can provide us with music for all eras. I know we haven't really confirmed any games to be played during the party but I think that she would love a few rounds of musical chairs or have a karaoke machine. I know she's going to be excited and will never forgive us for tricking her. I don't believe that I've missed anything but please let me know if I have.
