First of we let the equivalent resistance for 10A current on a 220V line be X.

Then V=220v, Current(I)=10A, Resistance(R)=X

V=IR

According to the formula-

220=10X

X=22Ohm

-Now we can easily calculate the number(n) of 88ohm resistors required in parallel to form total of 22ohm resistance.

Req=R/n

22=88/n

n=88/22= 4

Therefore we require 4 resistors.
