Answer:

the law of conservation of energy states that energy is always conserved

Explanation:

½MV²=MGH

WHEN A BODY IS THROWN UPWARDS IT IS IN KINETIC ENERGY AT THE HIGHEST POINT IT CONVERTS INTO POTENTIAL ENERGY THEN WHEN BECOME DOWN WHAT'S THE POTENTIAL ENERGY SLOWLY CONVERTS INTO KINETIC ENERGY TAKE SOME VALUES LIKE THIS INITIAL SPEED FINAL SPEED OF BAL AND PUT IN INTO THE FORMULA OF KINETIC ENERGY AND POTENTIAL ENERGY THE ANSWER WILL BE CONSTANT

Explanation:

the law of conversion of energy states that energy can not be made nor be destroyed it can only be converted from one state(form) to another.

eg: when a ball is thrown upwards , it has kinetic energy which gradually converts into potential energy and at a point where all the kinetic energy is converted to potential energy , the ball stops rising upwards and experience a free fall.

now the PE gradually changes to KE .

this example proves that energy gets converted to one form to another form ...

however some part of energy is lost in unwanted states as in the above example some energy is wasted as friction between air and ball..

hope this helps
