 = ( \frac{5}{2}  {)}^{5}  \div  (\frac{2}{5}  {)}^{3}

 =  (\frac{5}{2} {)}^{5}  \times ( \frac{5}{2}  {)}^{3}

 = ( \frac{5}{2}  {)}^{5 + 3}

 = ( \frac{5}{2}  {)}^{8}

 =  \frac{ {5}^{8} }{ {2}^{8} }
