hypotenuse = 2x+6
third side is 2x+4
so
(2x+4)^2 + x^2 = (2x+6)^2
4x^2 + 16 + 16x + x^2 = 4x^2 + 36 + 24x
simplifying
x^2 = 20+8x
x^2 - 8x- 20 =0
(x+2)(x-10) = 0
x = -2 or 10

so hypotenuse is = 2 cm or 26 cm
third side is = 0 cm or 24 cm
as one side can't be in negative or zero

so sides are 10 , 24 , 26
