We know that sum of all interior angles of a triangle = 180°

Given, ∠R = 42° , ∠Q= 35°

A/q, ∠P + ∠Q + ∠R = 180°

∠P + 42° + 35° = 180°

∠P + 77° = 180°

∠P = 180° - 77°

∠P = 103°

Hence, ∠P = 103° ( answer of a)

∠P + ∠Q + ∠R = 103°+35°+42° ( answer of b)

we know that , Sum of the angles of a triangle is equal to 180°

In your question, angle of R and Q are given,

we have to find out the angle of P

so,

P+Q+R= 180°

P+ 35+42= 180

P= 103°
