Let the two digit number be
10x+y
where x and y are it's digits
given x+y=15-------1
and interchanging the original number with result in formation of new number of form
10y+x

10y+x=10x+y+9
9y=9x+9
y=x+1
y-x=1-----------2
solve 1 and 2
you get
y=8
x=7 hence the original no
=10x+y=78
