Based on usage, it may have the following noun forms :

Poorness : defectiveness; the lack of some good quality or constituent

Poverty : the state of being extremely poor; the state of being inferior in quality or insufficient in amount

Poverty has a much broader concept than poorness. 
Poverty may be used in place of poorness, but poorness can’t always replace poverty
