Given,

CP = ₹ 1250

Transportation = ₹ 250

Total CP = ₹ (1250 + 250 ) = ₹ 1500

SP = ₹ 1600

Since SP > CP , there is a profit

\mathsf{Profit = SP - CP} \\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \mathsf{= Rs \: \: (1600 - 1500) }\\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \mathsf{= Rs \: \: 100}

\mathsf{Profit \: \% = (\frac{Profit}{CP} }\times 100)\% \\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \mathsf{= (\frac{100}{1500} \times 100)\% }\\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \mathsf{= \frac{20}{3} \%} \\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \mathsf{= 6 \frac{2}{3} \%}
