If we add 10 to both we will get 3x+10 and 5x+10.
Now, 3x+10/5x+10=5/7
or, 7(3x+10)=5(5x+10)
or, 21x+70=25x+50
or, 70-50=25x-21x
or, 20=4x
or, x=5

The nos. are 3x=3×5=15
and, 5x=5×5=25
