1.No, bacteria are not plants. Although early scientists wanted to classify bacteria under the plant kingdom because of their similarities with plants, modern scientists classify bacteria under their own Kingdom Monera.

2.Tinned and sealed food are not always safe to eat. They might contain harmful bacteria Clostridium botulinum that causes food poisoning. Also the chemicals used for the inner coating can harm the people consuming the food.
