Req.=30*60/30+60=1800/90=20ohm

Req.=20+R ohm

Therefore, V=I*R

12V=0.25*(20+R)

12V=25/100*(20+R)

12V=1/4*20+1/4*R

12V=5*1/4R

12/5=1/4R

R=36/5

=7.2ohm
