Step-by-step explanation:

(a).

 {a}^{m}  \times  {b}^{m}  =  {(ab)}^{m}

 {(2a)}^{4}  \times  {(3b)}^{4}  =  {(2a \times 3b)}^{4}

 =  {(6ab)}^{4}

(b).

 {a}^{m}  \times  {a}^{n}  =  {a}^{m + n}

 \frac{ {a}^{m} }{ {a}^{n} }  =   {a}^{m - n}

SO,

 \frac{ {2}^{20} }{ {2}^{15} }  \times  {2}^{3}

 =  {2}^{20 - 15 + 3}

 =  {2}^{8}
