Spring did not came to the giant's garden because the giant is not allowing the children to play in his garden and is constantly chasing them away. The birds and all the flowers and trees stayed unhappy due to the children's absence. Finally spring came to his garden when children came to his garden. He finally realized his mistake and changed his ways.
