X is oxygenated blood
Y is deoxygenated blood

% of saturation of haemoglobin is more towards oxy haemoglobin when the partial pressure of oxygen is more along with less partial pressure of carbon dioxide and low H+ concentration and Low temperature which facilitates the binding of oxygen with haemoglobin hence, more p02 means X is oxygenated blood as seen in alveoli

% of saturation of haemoglobin is less in Deoxygenated blood as seen in tissues, low pO2, high pCO2, high H+ conc. and high temperature are responsible for the binding of carbon dioxide to haemoglobin
Y has low p02 hence, it is deoygenated
