0 IS A RATIONAL NUMBER AS WE CAN WRITE IT AS 0/1,0/2,0/8,0/9

BUT WE CAN'T ABLE TO DO IT'S RECIPROCAL BECAUSE IF WE DO THEN IT MAY BE WRITTEN AS 1/0,2/0 WHICH IS EQUAL TO INFINITIVE.

Division with 0 is not possible because 0 cannot be placed in the denominator.

So we can write 0/1 but we can't write 1/0 that means reciprocal of 0 is not possible.
