Let the zeros be a and b
a+b = -p
ab = q
in second equation
a" + b" = 5/2
a"b" = -3/2
As it is given a + b = 2 ( a" + b")
and ab = 2 ( a" b")
-p = 2 ( 5/2)
p = -5
q = -3
