x-2=(6x+1)×1
x-2=6x+1
x-6x=1+2
-5x=3
x=-3/5
put thus value of x in question for verification.
LHS
(-3/5-2)/(6×-3/5+1)=(-13/5)/(-13/5)=1
hence we get LHS =1=RHS
hence, proved
