In this question -:

S = (13+12+5)/2

   =15

Area = √(15)(15-13)(15-12)(15-5)  

        = √(15)(2)(3)(10)

        = 3×2×5 = 30cm²

Area = 1/2×base×height

30 = 1/2×13×height

60/13 = Altitude  [Base is 13 cm]
