Explanation:

to find the geometrical isomer you need to see the groups attached to the carbon having the double bond. if carbon is attached to diff grps then it might show g.i in no. 3 the right carbon has both diff grp cl and h and on the left carbon it is attached to a ring..when you trace the ring you would find that upper part meets a cl on the 2nd c of the ring whereas below the 2nd c donot have cl hence making them diff . thus they would show G.I
