Given : 10th term of an AP = 46

Sum of 5th and 7th term is 52

To Find : AP

Solution:

Let say AP

a , a + d , a + 2d

10th term = a + (10 - 1)d

= a  + 9d  = 46

5th term = a + 4d

7th term = a + 6d  

Sum = a + 4d + a + 6d  = 52

=> 2a + 10d  = 52

=> a + 5d  = 26

a  + 9d  = 46

a + 5d  = 26

=> 4d = 20

=> d = 5

a = 1

1  , 6 , 11 ,  16  , 21 , 26  , 31  , 36  , 41 , 46
