now area = 12x 4x = 48x square

                                                      = 2a * 3a

Given that length is thrice its breadth.

Length = 3 * 4x

              = 12x.


We know that Area of rectangle = length * breadth

                                                       = 4x * 12x

                                                       = 48x^2

We know that Area of rectangle = l * b

                                                       = b^2 * b

                                                       = b^3.
