Purnima is 8th from right and When they change their position bhawana is 21 from left so if we count total girls in a row is 21 +8 - 1 = 28

In starting bhawana's position is 12, it means there are 11 girls in left side

Now subtract 28(total girls) - 11 (girls which are one left side) = 17

7 - b if ravi is in sixteenth position, it means there are 15 students are ahead him and from that position 30 students are behind him bcoz of double.

Now to calculate the position 30 - 5 =25
